1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the grab888 platform (including all games, services, promotions, and features available at grab888.club and any related mobile interfaces), you ("Member" or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the grab888 Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published by grab888 from time to time.

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the grab888 platform. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to grab888's gaming and betting services is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. grab888 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification may be required at any time, including before withdrawals are processed.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by grab888 or any linked responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating as a proxy player.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

grab888 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be suspended and any outstanding balance dealt with in accordance with these Terms and applicable licensing requirements.

3.Account Registration

Each Member may hold only one (1) grab888 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• Registration requires a valid and unique email address, a secure password, and accurate personal information. Providing false registration details is a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. grab888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify grab888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your grab888 account.
• grab888 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the grab888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. grab888 may require identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• grab888 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts on a same-day basis where operationally feasible, subject to the processing timelines of the Member's chosen payment method.
• grab888 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any transaction. Transactions that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be delayed or refused.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.
• Bonus balances are subject to additional wagering conditions as set out in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fulfilled.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are awarded to individual, verified accounts. Abuse of promotions — including registration of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses — will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and suspension of the account.

6.Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited by applicable law without disclosure to grab888.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the grab888 platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct towards grab888 staff or other Members.

grab888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law or licensing obligations.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the grab888 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and interface design — is the exclusive property of grab888 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of grab888.

9.Privacy & Data

grab888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. 10.Responsible Gaming

grab888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Members are encouraged to treat gambling as entertainment and to remain aware of the risks associated with excessive play.

grab888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. grab888 shall not be liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor outages.

12.Amendments to These Terms

grab888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the grab888 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which grab888 holds its international gaming authority licence. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
